中国对外直接投资的区域均衡与动因差异研究——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

Regional Equilibrium and Motivation Difference of China's OFDI —An Empirical Study Based on Province-Level Panel Data

文章利用我国2003-2009年的省级面板数据,研究了对外直接投资的区域均衡性和动因差异。结论表明,我国对外直接投资发展存在着区域非均衡性,其中东部地区内部差异是引起中国对外直接投资总体分布差异的主要因素;但从趋势上来看,无论是东中西部区域间差异还是区域内部差异均呈收敛的良性态势;经济发展水平对各地区对外直接投资均有重要影响,东部地区主要由自然资源寻求型、效率寻求型和战略资产寻求型动机驱动,中部地区主要由市场寻求型和自然资源寻求型动机驱动,西部地区主要由市场寻求型动机驱动。

This paper studies the regional equilibrium and motivation difference of China＇s OFDI by using the province-level panel data from 2003-2009.Result shows that there is regional non-equilibrium which is mainly caused by the difference within east China.Regardless of the differences in the east and mid-west regions,they show a positive convergence trend.The level of economic development for all regions has an important impact on their OFDI.OFDI is mainly driven by natural resource seeking,efficiency seeking and strategic asset seeking in the eastern region,by market seeking and natural resource seeking in the middle region,and by market-seeking in the western region.
