Summary of Rapid Determination Technologies of Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

果蔬中农药残留超标现象严重的原因之一是检测技术和手段不够有效和先进。主要阐述了酶抑制法、化学速测法、生物传感器、免疫分析法和活体生物检测法等快速测定方法的原理、优缺点及应用现状。其中免疫分析法由于技术的先进性,是我国农药残留快速检测技术未来的重点发展方向。

A major cause of pesticide residues exceeding tolerences in fruits and vegetables is that detection technologies is not perfect. The test principle, advantages, shortcomings and the application of the rapid detection technologies on the pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were introduced, including enzyme inhibition,rapid chemical detection,biosensors, immunoassay, and detection in living body, among which immunoassay might be the focus of rapid determination technologies of pesticide residues in the future several years.
