不同光照及储藏温度对水杉种子萌发及酶活性的影响 被引量:10

Influence of Different Light and Storage Temperature on Germination Rate and Enzyme Activities of Metasequoia glyptostroboide Seeds

摘要 以水杉(Metasequoia glyptostroboide)种子为材料,设置全光照、全黑暗和光暗交替(各12 h/d)3种不同光照和室温、4℃干藏的储藏条件,研究这些条件下水杉种子的萌发特性、酶活性及可溶性糖变化。结果表明,在3种光照处理下,水杉种子最适宜的萌发条件为全黑暗处理。在水杉种子储藏过程中,4℃干藏条件下的种子POD活性始终高于室温干藏;4℃干藏条件下的种子SOD同工酶变化幅度相对于室温储藏条件小,而两种储藏温度下种子的可溶性糖变化幅度都较小,所以4℃是比较适合水杉种子储藏的温度。 Metasequoia(Metasequoia glyptostroboide) seeds were used to research germination performance under three kind of different treatments (full illumination, full darkness and alternation of light and darkness every 12 hours, respectively)and two different storage conditions (room tempreture and 4 ℃ ,respectively). The influence of different storage conditions on metasequoia seeds' vigor and enzymatic activities were studied. The results showed that full darkness was the most suitable lighting conditions for metasequoia seeds germination among the three light treatments. And the seed germination rate under 4 ℃ storage conditions was higher than that of the room temperature storage condition. The enzymatic activity of peroxidase in metasequoia seeds at 4 ℃ storage condition was higher than that of the room temperature storage condition. However, the variation range of superoxide dismutase enzymatic activity was smaller under 4 ℃ than that under room temperature. The variation range of soluble sugar in metasequoia seeds were smaller at both two storage cinditions. Therefore, 4 ℃ storage conditions was more appropriate for the storage of metasequoia seeds.
