足尺路面试验电动加载车辆的方案设计

摘要 足尺路面试验加载车辆采用电驱动方式具有节能、环保的优越性。文章根据足尺路面加载试验的要求,提出一种电动加载实验车辆的初步方案,其中简述了车辆结构及其技术参数、车辆交流电气传动系统和交流牵引电机,并经相关牵引计算后合理选配了减速器型号及车辆传动比;对车辆动力性能进行了核算,验证了车辆高速动力性能和加速能力。 Electric loading vehicle on full-scale road test adopts electric drive which has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.According to the requirement of load test on full-scale road,this paper proposes the initial plan of electric loading vehicle test,in which describes vehicle structure and its technical parameters,vehicle AC electrical drive system and AC traction motor,furthermore,it selectes speed reducer type and vehicle drive ratio after relevant traction calculation;then it also accountes the vehicle dynamic performance and verifies vehicle high speed dynamic performance and acceleration performance.
