基于腰形孔位置度要求的综合检具的设计

Design of the comprehensive test instrument based on the position accuracy requirement of waist type hole

常见图纸中标注的都是圆孔的位置度,特殊形状的孔位置度要求则很少见。文章针对特殊要求,即腰形孔的位置度,按照功能量规(GB/T 8069-19998)的原理和特点,结合设计经验,提出了设计方案,很好地满足了使用要求,同时为其他同类产品的设计提供了借鉴和思路。

The position accuracy of circular hole in drawing is common,and that of the holes with special shape is rare.Against the special requirement,namely the position accuracy of waist type hole,according to the principle and characteristics of functional gauge（GB/T 8069-19998）,combined with design experience,this paper proposes design scheme,which meets the requirements of operation well,and at the same time provides reference and ideas for the design of other similar products.
