一种咪唑啉季铵盐的合成和性能评价

摘要 文章以油酸、三乙烯四胺、氯化苄为原料合成了一种咪唑啉季铵盐。这种咪唑啉季铵盐在不同浓度盐酸中添加0.1%缓蚀率可达90%以上;在水中加入2%的这种咪唑啉季铵盐可使水的表面张力降低58%;在溶剂油中加入6%的这种咪唑啉季铵盐可使溶蜡速率提高42%;在以聚合氯化铝为水样絮凝剂的水中加入20 mg/l这种咪唑啉季铵盐可使水的絮凝性能明显提高。 In this paper,taking oleic acid,triethylenetetramine,benzyl chloride as raw material,synthesizes an imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt.Adding 0.1% to this imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt to hydrochloride with different concentration can make the inhibition efficiency achieves 90% or more;adding 2% it to water can make the surface tension of the water decrease 58%;adding 6% it to solvent oil can make the speed of paraffin dissolution increase 42%;and adding 20 ml/l it to the water that takes polyaluminium chloride as water smples flocculant can make the flocculation performance of the water increase obviously.
