摘要
在大型铁路项目中,监理工作的组织模式形式有多种,如何找到适合自己的管理模式成为难点,根据监理工作的特点,结合当今铁路监理组织中总监所起的作用,文章提出总监个人特点对所监理项目的影响,使大家能选择更加适合自己项目的监理组织模式。
In the large railway project,the organization mode of supervision work is various,how to find one suitable management mode becomes the important.According to the characteristic of supervision work,combing with the effect of general supervising,this paper puts forward the effect of individual characteristics on supervision project,and selects the most suitable organization mode.
