摘要
研究乳房炎奶牛血清中自由基含量的变化,探讨奶牛乳房炎与氧化损伤的关系。将14头奶牛分为健康对照组和乳房炎组,分别在泌乳的不同时期静脉采血,分离血清,测定血清中活性氧(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性。结果表明,患病奶牛血清中ROS、MDA、NO含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),NOS活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,患病奶牛血清中自由基含量的增加和活性的升高,可能是乳腺组织损伤的重要原因之一。
The relationship between free radical oxidative damage and cow mastitis was studied by investigating free radical content in serum of mastitis cow.Fourteen cows were divided into control group and mastitis group.The content of ROS,MDA,NO and activity of NOS in serum of mastitis cow were measured by test kits.The results showed that the content of ROS,MDA,NO in serum were obviously higher as compared with control group(P0.01).The activity of NOS in serum was obviously higher(P 0.05).The increasing of content and activity of free radical in serum of mastitis cows possibly is one reason of the damage in mammary gland.
