阿胶泡腾颗粒对小鼠造血功能及抗疲劳作用的影响

Study on Hemopoiesis and Anti-fatigue Effects of Colla Corri Asini Effervescent Granules in Mice

研究阿胶泡腾颗粒对小鼠造血功能及抗疲劳作用的影响。通过制造盐酸苯肼型贫血小鼠模型,考察了阿胶泡腾颗粒对贫血小鼠红细胞数量及血红蛋白含量的影响;通过负重游泳试验、肝指数及肝糖原含量的测定,考察了阿胶泡腾颗粒对小鼠抗疲劳作用的影响。结果表明,阿胶泡腾颗粒能使盐酸苯肼型贫血小鼠的红细胞数量及血红蛋白含量明显回升,与空白对照组相比,差异极显著;不同剂量的阿胶泡腾颗粒都能延长小鼠的平均游泳时间,与空白对照组相比,差异极显著;阿胶泡腾颗粒也能不同程度的提高小鼠的肝指数及肝糖原含量。表明阿胶泡腾颗粒对盐酸苯肼型贫血小鼠有补血效果,也可提高小鼠的抗疲劳能力。

This paper studied the effects of Colla Corri Asini effervescent granules on hematopoietic function and anti-fatigue in mice.The anemia mouse model induced by phenylhydrazine hydrochloride was used to detect the effect of Colla Corri Asini effervescent granules on erythrocyte and haemoglobin.The weight loading swimming experiment,liver index and liver glycogen content were used to detect the effect of Colla Corri Asini effervescent granules on anti-fatigue.The results showed that the E-jiao effervescent granules could make the haemoglobin and erythrocyte of the posthemorrhagic anemia mice increase obviously,which had a very significant difference compared with the blank control group;different doses of E-jiao effervescent granules could increase the swimming time,which had a significant difference compared with the blank control group;it could also increase the liver index and liver glycogen with different content.These indicated that E-jiao effervescent granules has the curative effect in anemia mice,it also has a enhancement effect of anti-fitigue of mice.
