摘要 近些年,流感在全球范围的频繁暴发,使科研工作者关注的焦点转移到对流感病毒进行方便、快速、准确的鉴定上。论文介绍了国内外流感病毒的检测方法,重点介绍了免疫学检测方法,尤其是酶联免疫法和胶体金免疫标记法。通过对各方法优缺点的比较,提出了免疫学检测方法在方便、快速检测流感病毒方法中的特有优势,尤其是胶体金免疫标记法和酶联免疫检测法,旨在为研制方便、快速的流感病毒检测方法提供思路,并为流感的预防、诊断提供一定的参考。 These years,influenza frequently outbreaks in the world,the detection methods,which are more convenient,faster and more accurate,are focal points for scientists.This paper especially introduced influenza virus detection methods,immunological detection methods,such as immune colloidal gold detection methods and ELISA.Through comparing the advantages with disadvantages of each detection methods to provide certain ideas for the research on convenient,fast and accurate detection methods,and provided the paper certain references for the prevention,diagnosis of influenza.
