摘要
当前规模化养殖业迫切需要动物病原检测技术高通量化。高通量检测技术具有高通量、自动化、微量化等特点。病原高通量检测技术可分为高通量免疫学检测(检测抗原)和高通量分子生物学检测(检测核酸)两大类。论文对近年来报道的用于动物病原高通量检测的基因芯片技术、抗体芯片技术、液相芯片技术、流式细胞术多色荧光分析技术、变性高效液相色谱技术等新技术从原理、特点及应用等进行了综述。
Presently large-scale breeding urgently requires high-throughput detection techniques for animal pathogenic microorganisms.High-throughput detection techniques have characteristics of high-throughput,automatic,trace,and so on.Animal pathogen high-throughput detection techniques include high-throughput immunological techniques(detection of antigen) and high-throughput molecular biology techniques(detection of nucleic acids).Recently reported high-throughput detection techniques for animal pathogens were reviewed in the principle,feature and application respects,including gene-chip technology,antibody-chip technology,liquid-chip technology,flow cytometry multi-color fluorescence analysis,denaturing high performance liquid chromatography techniques.
