摘要
针对煤矿开采过程中,围岩巷道两邦岩石层应力发生变化引起煤矿事故的情况,从提高发射模块的发射功率和接收模块的灵敏度出发,采用中频变压器和索尼公司的CX20106A芯片设计发射和接收电路,从而设计出一种成本低廉、精度高、稳定性好的超声波煤矿围岩巷道两邦变化监测装置的方案。
In the process of coal mining,the occurrence of coal mine accidents are offten the result of rock stress change in coal mine alley,to solve these problems,reseach was done to improve the power of the transmitting module and the sensitivity of the receiving module.Intermediate-frequency transformer and CX20106A chip designed by SONY company were used to design the circuit.Thus a new design had been implenented,which had low cost,better precision and stability.
