基于FPGA的相位差测量方法研究及实现

摘要 传统信号相位差的测量方法存在着硬件结构复杂、测量精度不够高、抗干扰差等缺点。为了消除以上缺点,根据现场可编程门阵列器件(FPGA)的特点,采用了一种利用FPGA芯片和单片机相结合的方法实现了一套信号频率和相位差智能化测量系统。其中,应用FPGA进行两信号相位差及频率的采集,用单片机对采集到的数据进行处理和显示。获得的结果表明,此系统有效提高了检测精度和抗干扰能力,具有硬件电路简单、精度高、抗干扰能力强等特点。 The traditional signal phase difference measurement method has shortcoming of Hardware structure is complex,Measuring precision is not high enough,Anti-interference sent.In order to eliminate the disadvantages,in this paper,according to the characteristic of FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array),A signal frequency and phase difference intelligent measuring system of using FPGA and MCU is given.It uses FPGA to achieve acquisition of phase difference and frequency,MCU for data processing and display.The experimental results show that the system improves the ability measuring accuracy and the anti-interference effectively.
