摘要
在科研绩效评价中,传统的基于多指标的综合评价方法无法区别投入性指标和产出性指标对效率提升和技术进步的影响。在构建评价指标体系的基础上,将Malmquist指数应用于创新团队合作研发绩效评价中,将经济学的理论解释功能和管理学的相关方法论完美结合,并证明了该方法的有效性.
The traditional Multi-index Comprehensive Evaluation Method cafft differentiate the effect of input index and output index on efficiency improving and technology advancing in performance evaluation in research. Therefore, based on construction of evaluation index system, the paper applies Malmquist index in the evaluation of cooperative R＆D performance of innovative groups to combine the theoretical illustrative function of economics and the relative management methodology perfectly, and demonstrates the effectiveness of this method.
