X型板式换热器的数值模拟结构热应力分析 被引量:2

摘要 应用Ansys对X型板式换热器进行热应力的数值模拟结构分析,模拟采用三板双通道形式、接缝处分别为辊焊焊接形式的模型,在模型的最外壁分别加以位移为0载荷,以固定板片模型为静态形式。在上下两个通道口分别给与温度载荷进行热分析,并应用间接热固耦合法进行热应力分析。研究结果表明:在板身区域,热应力均匀且非主要强应力区域;在焊接处及板与板之间的夹角处为热应力集中且易破坏区域。 Ansys was applied to simulate and analyze the thermal stress of X-shaped plate heat exchangers;in simulation, a three-plate dual-channel form was employed and roller welding model was established for roller seams ; at the model' s utmost outerwall, a load with zero displacement was made and a fixed plate model was regarded as static form. At upper and lower openings, a temperature load was given to benefit thermal stress analysis. The results show that over the plate body, the thermal stress distributes uniformly, and the thermal stress only concentrates at the welds and the intersection angle between plates and undermines them.
