高压断路器是变电站内接通、分断电器和电路的重要设备,起着控制和保护的作用。高压断路器的分合动作是否可靠,直接关系到电网的安全稳定运行。液压操作机构作为高压断路器的重要组成部分,成为高压断路器是否可靠运行的关键。就一起220kV断路器不能成功建压的故障进行分析,从多个角度寻找原因,最后找出症结所在,提出了处理方法及相关建议。

High-voltage circuit beaker is a kind of important equipment which is used to make and break electrical apparatus and circuits in substations,and plays a key role on control and protection.The safety and stability of the power grid are closely related to the stability of the movements of the breaker.As an important part of high-voltage circuit breaker,the hydraulic-pressure operation mechanism becomes the key which ensures the stable operation of high-voltage circuit breaker.This paper focuses on a pressure building failure of a 220kV circuit breaker,finds out the main reason through multi-perspectives,and brings forward the solution and related suggestions.
