碳酸钙对橡胶型氯化聚乙烯发泡性能的影响

摘要 研究了170℃下CaCO3对橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CM)发泡性能的影响。结果表明,当CaCO3用量为20份时,CM发泡体的综合性能最佳,但随CaCO3用量的增加,试样的焦烧时间、正硫化时间等呈现先增加后降低再升高的趋势;拉伸强度、撕裂强度等均随CaCO3增加而呈现出先降低后增加再降低的趋势;拉断伸长率则未表现出明显规律。 The influence of CaCO3 amount on the performance of chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CM) foams at 170℃was investigated.The results showed that CM foaming performance was the best when CaCO3 amount was 20phr.The scorch time and cure time increased at first,and then decreased,and increased at last with increasing CaCO3 amount.The tensile properties of the foamed CMs,such as tensile strength,tear strength and hardness,were all presented the trend that was opposite with the influence of amount to scorch time and cure time,except the elongation at break.
