摘要
对杭州东站无柱雨棚铸钢件进行有限元建模、加载和计算,得到其应力、应变分布,以及随荷载增大,应力、应变的变化过程,为铸钢件设计和优化提供依据。并对其进行原型荷载试验,记录试验过程中铸钢件各个测点应变值,从而确定对应测点的应力值。通过对有限元计算结果和试验结果的对比,进一步验证铸钢件设计和有限元分析的合理性,可为类似工程提供参考。
The finite element model of the steel casting used in the platform-pilla〉free awning of Hangzhou eastern station is established and the maximum load during the using period is applied on the model, based on it, the analysis is done, it is obtained the distribution of stress and the strain and the change course of the stress and the strain with the load increasing, which provides the evidence for the design and optimizing of the steel casting. Besides, the prototype tests of the steel casting are carried out, it is obtained the strain of each measure point, with which the stress of the corresponding measure point can be determined. By comparing the analysis result to the experiment result, it is deeply proved the rationality of the design of the steel casting, which can lead the construction of the project.
