考虑焊接球节点弹塑性的单层网壳动力分析

摘要 利用有限元分析软件ANSYS11.0,考虑线性强化的应力-应变关系和Von-Mises屈服准则,对单层网壳中焊接空心球节点进行弹塑性分析,建立节点的荷载-位移曲线双线性模型。提出考虑焊接空心球节点弹塑性的"短杆模型",并导入有限元软件SAP2000中,进而对某单层网壳进行动力弹塑性分析。结果表明:考虑节点弹塑性,能更真实地反映网壳的工作性能;节点完全刚性的网壳设计方法偏保守,还有待改进。 Based on the linear strain-hardening model and the Von-Mises yielding criterion, the elastic-plastic analysis on the welded hollows spherical joints of single layer reticulated shells was carried out by finite element software ANSYS and the bilinear model of loading-deformation curve was established. "short member model" considering the elasto-plasticity of welded hollow spherical joints was presented. In the finite element software SAP 2000, the model was imported and then the dynamic elastic-plastic behavior of a single layer reticulated shell was analyzed. It was proved that the actual behavior and work performance of the reticulated shell could be reached by way of considering the elasto-plasticity of welded hollow spherical joints. The results showed that the current design method of reticulated shell was conservative and should be improved.
