摘要
西安至铜川高速公路车流量非常大,新增第二通道在渭河特大桥设置有3座钢箱梁,跨越既有高速公路,桥墩高、跨径大是钢箱梁桥安装架设的最大难点。通过合理设计吊装块段、吊装顺序和临时支墩,采用架桥机架设钢箱梁,利用高空施工防护一体挂篮等技术,保障施工人员和桥下行车的安全,顺利实现钢箱梁架设,为钢箱梁安装架设开辟了新思路。
There is a very large traffic volume on Xi'an-Tongchuan Expressway, so a second channel must be added, in which the project of Weihe River Bridge has three steel box girder bridges, which have high piers and long spans, and also cross the existing expressway. The erection of the steel box girders has been completed by rational design of hoisting blocks, lifting sequence and temporary buttress, as well as by way of bridging machines. Upper air basket and integration protection means are used to ensure the safety of the constructors and driving under the bridge, which has opened up new ideas for erecting steel box girders.
