摘要 以东莞台商大厦钢结构安装工程为例,通过改进和创造测控方法来提高工程生产率及施工质量。运用拟合法、三维坐标控制法及内外控制相结合的测量方法,很好地解决工程测量重难点问题,提高了工程施工质量及效能,为保证工程进度、质量创优打下良好基础。此测控技术不仅能提高工程质量,同时在生产率上起到降本增效的作用,并为同类工程测量技术提供可借鉴的经验。 Dongguan Taisbang Building will be set as the example to explain how the production efficiency and construction quality could be enhanced by improving and creating measurement and control method. Fitting method, 3D coordination control, internal and external measurement method together have been applied to solve the problems and measurement key points of this project, which improves the construction quality and efficiency as well as laying good foundation for smoothing programme and creating excellent quality. The measurement and control technology have not only improved the construction quality, but also reduced the cost and improved efficiency, which can provide useful experience for the measurement technology of similar project as well.
