摘要
印度经济特区的发展思路符合发展经济学中要素禀赋的比较优势和后发优势理论。印度经济特区的四个发展阶段反映了经济特区生命周期、经济特区政策、对外贸易和引进要素等方面的发展思路和逻辑。后金融危机时代印度经济特区的发展面临新的机遇和挑战,需要好好把握机遇,整合好经济特区发展的制度性要素、资源性要素、知识性要素以及文化性要素。
The trajectory of India's Special Economic Zone development echoes the comparative advantage and backward development advantage in development economics theory.The four stages of India's SEZ reflect some sense-making logics in the life cycle and policy orientations of SEZ strategy and foreign trade.In post-crisis period Indian SEZs envisage both opportunities and challenges and need to integrate institutional,resource,knowledge,and cultural elements in an efficient whole.
