摘要
通过同质恢复系系统选育得到52个株系,经过测恢其中46份为恢复系;同时对52份株系的恢复基因进行了分子标记检测。结果表明,要获得恢复度好的恢复系不仅需要主效恢复基因,还需要微效恢复基因以及良好的配合力。建立同质恢复系选育方法不仅可以提高恢复系选育效率,还有利于在中国栽培稻中引进非洲栽培稻、爪哇稻等其他远缘稻种的血缘,建立区别于目前的应用三系恢复系和两系恢复系的新的杂种优势群。
46 restores were obtained by test cross from 52 lines which were bred using iso-cytoplasmic restorer method.Meanwhile,molecular markers of restore genes were checked.The results showed that getting a restorer with good recovery degree needed main restore genes,minor restore genes and good combining ability.Etablishing iso-cytoplasmic restorer breeding method could not only improve the efficiency of restorer breeding,but also facilitate to introduce African cultivated rice,Javanica and other distant rice species to China cultivated rice and establish new heterotic group which differed from the current application of three-line restorer and the two-line restorer.
