摘要 以复合型凹凸棒土(CATP)作为种衣剂的成膜剂,分别按照质量分数1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%、4.0%的用量加工20%福.克种衣剂制剂,测定其黏度、成膜性、包衣均匀度、包衣脱落率、包衣覆盖率、抗淋失能力等成膜性能相关指标,并经发芽试验评价了种衣剂对种子活力的影响。结果表明,用含CATP 3.0%以下的种衣剂包衣玉米种子,不仅各项指标符合农业部部颁标准,且安全、无毒、与土壤全方位共存。 Composite attapulgite(CATP) was used as film agent in the 20% carbofuran-thiram seed coating formulation(20% CTSCF) at the mass fraction of 1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%,3.0% and 4.0%.The capability of seed coating formulation(SCF) were determined by viscosity,film property,evenness of seed coating,ratio of drop solid ingredient falled off by shaking,homogeneous coverage and leaching loss rate.The effect of SCF on seed activity was studied through germination test.The results showed that CATP could be used as film agent of corn seed if the mass fraction was less than 3.0%.The use of CATP would provide a safe,non-toxic film agent which would absolutely coexist with the soil as each guideline accorded with the national standards of agriculture.
