日粮中添加番茄红素对良凤花鸡胆固醇影响的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用40只11周龄良凤花鸡,随机平均分为2组,在基础日粮中添加3%番茄红素饲喂30 d,观察番茄红素添加剂对肉鸡胆固醇的影响。结果表明,在饲养管理和基础日粮相同的前提下,试验组样鸡血清中总胆固醇含量降低15.68%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量降低38.64%;甘油三酯含量升高13.01%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量升高16.77%;肝脏中胆固醇含量极显著降低;胸肌中胆固醇含量显著降低。 40 11-week-age Liangfeng hens were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups to study the effect of 3% dietary lycopene fed for 30 days on the cholesterol content of hens.In the premise of the same feeding management and basic diet,the contents of TG in the serum in test group decreased by 15.68%,the contents of LDL in the serum in test group decreased by 38.64%,the contents of TC in the serum in test group increased by 13.01%,the contents of HDL in the serum in test group increased by 16.77%.The cholesterol levels of the liver decreased much significantly.The cholesterol levels of the breast muscle decreased significantly.
