摘要
利用正交试验对铁皮石斛原球茎多糖提取的工艺条件进行优化,考察料水质量比、浸提温度、浸提时间和浸提次数4个因素对铁皮石斛原球茎多糖得率的影响。结果表明,铁皮石斛原球茎多糖的最佳提取工艺为浸提次数4次,浸提时间3 h,料水质量比1∶60,浸提温度80℃,多糖得率为9.17%。在4个提取因素中,对铁皮石斛原球茎多糖提取影响最大的因素是浸提次数,其次是浸提时间,料水质量比和浸提温度影响都比较小,其中浸提次数不同水平间呈极显著差异,浸提时间、料水质量比和浸提温度对铁皮石斛原球茎多糖提取率影响不显著。
The effects of the ratio of Dendrobium candidum to water,extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction times on the extration were investigated to get the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides from protocorms of Dendrobium candidum by hot water.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was as follows: The ratio of Dendrobium candidum to water 1∶60,extracting four times at 80℃ for 3h.In this condition,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 9.17%.Among the four factors,extraction times was the most influential factor,the next was the extraction time.The effects of the ratio of Dendrobium candidum to water and the extraction temperature were relatively less.The effect of the extraction times on the extraction rate was significant,while that of other factors were not significant.
