摘要 利用fluent三维数学模型研究了蜂窝陶瓷填充床内圆形通道特征尺寸对内置换热器取热的影响。结果表明,换热管周围热气体平均流速随着内置圆形通道直径的增加而减小,取热效率则随着圆形通道直径增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,并存在最大值;在管内工质水工况确定的条件下,换热器取热受换热管周围热风流速、风温的影响以及来自蜂窝陶瓷端面与内部通道辐射的影响。 The influence of characteristic size of circular channel where heat exchanger is embedded on heat extraction of heat exchangers is numerically studied using 3-D mathematical model.The calculated results show the flow velocity of the hot gas around heat exchanger tubes decreases with the channel characteristic size minishing while heat extraction efficiency shows a trend of first increase and then decrease and exists maximum.When working condition of water in heat exchanger tubes is fixed,the heat extraction efficiency is affected by the flow velocity and temperature of gas and radiation from honeycomb ceramic.
