延长蓄热式加热炉使用周期的生产实践

摘要 蓄热式推钢加热炉与传统加热炉相比,因预热、燃烧、排烟等方式不同,普遍存在炉压高、温度波动大、换向时容易吸冷风、炉内氧化气氛浓、氧化烧损高、炉况控制不精的通病。采用斜炉底时,推钢过程中还存在炉筋管振动大,包扎料脱落率高的缺点,通过不断的技术改进,加强操作与维护管理,这些问题基本得到解决,改善了加热炉的使用性能,延长了使用周期。 Because of the differences in preheating,burning and fume discharging,etc,regenerative pusher-type reheating furnace,compared with traditional reheating furnace,exists some common problems,such as high furnace pressure,great fluctuation of temperature,easy to suck cold air when reversing,great oxidation loss and inaccurate control of furnace.When adopted tilting hearth,it still exists strong vibration of the water pipe when pushing the billet,and high shedding rate of the pouring material.These problems are solved by continuing technical improving,and the strengthening of operation and maintaining management.The performance of regenerative reheating furnace is improved,and the working life is also prolonged.
