纤维素纤维活性染料无盐轧染工艺探讨 被引量:5

摘要 以四级胺和环氧基为反应性基团的双活性季胺化合物,对棉纤维进行改性,改性后的纤维素纤维采用活性染料染色,经研究并反复对改性剂浓度,活性染色固色温度等工艺条件进行试验,得出结论:本改性无盐染色工艺和传统活性染色工艺相比,具有工艺简单,复样准确,节省时间,操作简便,无需用盐,纯碱,无需汽蒸,无需大量热水洗,节省人力,节能减排,且染色成品各项牢度优于传统工艺。 The cotton fabric which has been subjected to modification treatment with bi-functional quaternary ammonium compound containing of quaternary ammonium and epoxy group as reactive groups is dyed with reactive dyes. Repeated experiments of process conditions such as the concentration of modifier, dyeing and fixation temperatures are carried out, and conclusion is drawn that compared with traditional reactive dyeing, this salt-free dyeing after modification is characterized by simple process, good reproducibility, time saving, convenient operation, salt free, steam free, no need of large amount of hot water for washing, labour saving, energy saving and emission cut, and better colour fastnes.
