飞秒激光制作角膜瓣在LASIK术中并发症分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨飞秒激光制作角膜瓣在LASIK术中并发症的原因及处理措施。方法:对67例133只眼采用飞秒激光制作角膜瓣LASIK,67例屈光度-0.75~-14.75DS,散光0.50~3.00DC,等效球镜平均6.27D,曲率38.82~47.99D,平均43.93D,角膜厚度462~599μm,平均537.74μm,飞秒激光瓣直径8.5~9.0mm,瓣厚度95~108μm,平均98.23μm。结果:共有22例27只眼(20.30%)术中出现并发症,其中有不完全切削5只眼;基质床丝状条纹7只眼;角膜缘微气泡4只眼;结膜出血5只眼;边缘性角膜浸润2只眼;角膜干燥斑3只眼;皱折瓣1只眼。结论:飞秒制作角膜瓣有不完全瓣等并发症,但都不影响手术后效果。飞秒激光制作角膜瓣具有更高的安全性及更少的并发症,医生对设备的熟悉程度、手术技巧、设计适合患者个性化的切削参数是取得良好手术效果的关键。
