广西南宁市郊居民寄生虫感染状况初步调查 被引量:8

SURVEY ON CURRENT STATUS OF PARASITES INFECTION IN SURROUNDING COUNTIES OF NANNING,GUANGXI,CHINA

摘要 目的:了解广西南宁市郊区居民寄生虫感染状况。方法:采用随机抽样法选择地点和对象,采用改良加藤法检查寄生虫虫卵。结果:调查居民共737人寄生虫总感染率为62.14%。钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫、华支睾吸虫感染率分别为5.56%、0%、0.68%和56.58%。土源性线虫男女感染差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);华支睾吸虫男女感染差异有统计学意义(χ2=73.245,P=0.000)。土源性线虫感染呈大幅度下降,华支睾吸虫感染成大幅度上升。从地区分布看,扶绥县没有发现土源性线虫,横县和宾阳县的钩虫感染率为14.19%和12.40%,上林县鞭虫感染率为2.99%。4个县的华支睾吸虫感染率平均为56.58%,而且所有年龄组都有华支睾吸虫感染者。结论:广西南宁市郊区居民的钩虫和鞭虫感染率处于较低水平,华支睾吸虫处于较高水平,并成为主要虫种。 Objective: To investigate current status of parasites infection in suburbs of Nanning, Guangxi. Methods:The investigation samples were choosed according to the random selecting method. Fecal examination was carried out with modified Kato-katz method for nematode eggs. The data was analyzed by using SPSS16.0 program. Results:The total population was 730, and the number of males and females was 514 and 370 respectively. The average age of people was 39. 31. The overall prevalence of parasites was 62.14%. The infection rates of the hookworm, Ascaris, Trichuris and Clonorchis sinensis were 5.56%, 0%, 0.68% and 56.58% ;respectively. There aere no differences in the infection situation of gender by statistical analysis in soil-transmitted nematode, but differences existed in Clonorchis sinensis. The infection of soil-transmitted nematode decreased but Clonorchis sinensis increased significantly. Geographically, not found soil-transmitted nematode in Fusui. The infection rates of hookworm were 14.19% and 12.40% respectively in Hengxian and Binyang. The infection rate of Trichuris was 2.99% in Shanglin. Clonorchis sinensis infection rate averaged 56.58% in 4 counties. All ages groups were infected with Clonorchis sinensis. Comparing the infection of parasites in this investigation with 2002 2004 year's, they have differences in infection situation by statistical analysis. The prevalence of soil-transmitted nematode infection was dramatically reduced, particularly, however, the infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis increased. Conclusion: Currently, soil-transmitted nematode infection rate was at a low level. Clonorchis sinensis infection rate was at a high level and has become a major parasite species in suburbs of Nanning, Guangxi, China.
