摘要
针对当前密炼机大功率电机调速方案的现状,通过与直流系统、低压交流变频系统的对比,在满足密炼机负载要求和动态特性的同时,提出高压变频器驱动方案,采用闭环控制方法,并成功应用于密炼机电控系统中,具有调速方便、谐波小、功率因数高、能耗低等优点。
Aimed at the current status of high-power internal mixer motor speed control program,compared with DC system and low-voltage AC inverter system,this paper proposes high-voltage inverter-driven program to meet load requirements and dynamic characteristics of internal mixer at the same time,using closed-loop control and successfully applied in electrical control system of internal mixer,with advantages of convenient speed control,small harmonics,high power factor,and low energy consumption.
