摘要
介绍了LLC谐振变换器的基本原理,并结合L6599、L6563以及LM3404,设计了一款适用于大功率LED路灯照明的谐振式多路输出恒流驱动电路。该电路采用LLC谐振网络,有效地减小了功率器件的损耗,提高了在多路输出LED驱动电路中的整机效率。在恒流网络中,通过优化拓扑结构,优化了恒流特性,减弱了输出电压对输出电流的影响,使输出电流在全负载范围内更加趋于恒定。
Basic principle of LLC resonant converter was described.Based on L6599,L6563 and LM3404,a resonant constant current driver with multiple output was designed for power LED street lighting.In this circuit,LCC resonant topology was adopted to effectively reduce power loss of the device,and enhance efficiency of the multi-output LED driver circuit.By optimizing the constant current topology,the constant current characteristics was optimized,and effects of output voltage on output current was reduced,making output current more constant in the full load range.
