氮肥对甘蓝型优质杂交油菜灌浆成熟期主要品质性状的影响 被引量:9

The Effect of Nitrogen Fertilizer on Quality Characters of High Grade Hybrid Rape During Grouting-maturity

摘要 以油研599和三北98为材料,研究不同氮肥施用量对两种油菜灌浆成熟过程中各品质性状的影响。结果表明:灌浆至成熟期,种子含油量逐渐增加,相关达到显著水平;种子蛋白质含量逐渐减少,相关达到极显著水平;硫苷、棕榈酸、廿碳烯酸逐渐减少,相关均未达到显著水平;亚油酸逐渐减少,相关不显著或达极显著水平;亚麻酸含量变化较小。成熟时,芥酸与施氮量间呈不显著的负相关,含油量与施氮量间呈显著或极显著的负相关;廿碳烯酸、硫苷与施氮量间的相关性在两年的试验中不一致,种子蛋白质含量与施氮量间呈极显著的正相关;亚麻酸与施氮量间呈不显著或显著的正相关;增施氮肥可以使油份蛋白总量增加,但同时也增加了油的不稳定性。不饱和脂肪酸总量、饱和脂肪酸总量、不饱和脂肪酸总量/饱和脂肪酸总量之比在不同的年份间、不同品种中的表现不一致。 In order to investigate effects of nitrogen fertilizer on rapeseed quality characters, hybrid cultivarsYouyan 599 and Sanbei 98 were used to carry out fertilizer application experiment in the present work. T results showed that oil content increased gradually, conversely seed protein reduced gradually during the tested development stages. The correlation between the contents and N amount were significant. There was significant relationship between the contents of glucosinolate, palmitic acid and eicosenoic acid, although glucosinolate increased gradually, and palmitic acid and eicosenoic acid reduced gradually. Linoteic acid sorn what reduced during grouting-maturity. No significant negative correlation between nitrogen fertilizer and er cic acid was observed, while there were significant or extremely significant negative correlation between nit, gen fertilizer and oil content. Increased nitrogen fertilizer might increase protein and fat content, but unstab ity of oil increased yet. Quality parameters including unsaturated fatty acid content, saturated fatty acid co tent, ratio of unsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid varied among experiment year and cultivars tested.
