摘要
将小口葫芦藓孢子接种于Knop液体培养基中,观察并记录孢子萌发、原丝体发育到配子体形成的全过程。结果表明:小口葫芦藓的孢子萌发型为葫芦藓型,原丝体系统由绿丝体、轴丝体和初生假根组成;通过原丝体培养能成功实现对小口葫芦藓的快速扩繁。
Spores of Funaria microstoma Bruch. ex Schimp. were incubated in the liquid Knops culture mediurn, and the sprout of spore, the protonema development, and the whole process of gamete formation were studied in the present work. The results showed that the spore germination was in Funaria type, and the protonema system was composed of Chloronemata, Caulonemata and Rhizoides. In addition, rapid propagation of this species might be gained through protonema.
