摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取曼陀罗叶中的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用法对其化学成分进行分析,分离出21个色谱峰,鉴定出18个化合物。已鉴定的化合物占总峰面积的91.26%。结果显示:曼陀罗叶挥发油的主要成分以烷烃类化合物为主,其中以二十一烷、二十三烷和二十四烷的含量为最高,分别为12.20%、11.15%和11.59%。
The votatile oils was extracted from the leaves of Datura stramonium by water-steam distillation,and analyzed by GC-MS. A total of 21 compounds were separated and 18 compounds of them were identified from the oil. These compounds identified took up 91.26% of the total peak areas. The result showed the main compounds of the volatile constituents in leaves of Datura stramonium were alkanes.
