摘要
叙述了山东生物质能源科技发展的政策环境、发展现状以及发展机制中存在的障碍。提出了构建山东生物质能源科技创新发展机制的模型、五大子机制以及三大基础支撑的思路。
At present,Bio-energy industry and scientific technology of Shandong is high-speed develop,but its scientific and technological innovation which is not promoted by related mechanism is developing slowly.This paper analyzes the policy environment and status of Bio-energy scientific and technological development,and discusses the barriers in the mechanism of Bio-energy scientific and technological development.Based on this,this paper constructs the development mechanism model of the Bio-energy scientific and technological innovation,moreover it illustrates the construction of five sub-mechanism and the support of three bases in detail.
