叙述了节能评估的含义、依据、重要性及现实意义,从中央到地方节能评估的发展现状,工作开展的过程以及现实中遇到的问题。指出,通过节能评估和审查工作才能做到真正意义上的能源消耗源头管理。
This article summarized the definition,basis,importance and practical significance about the energy saving assessment, and also introduced the present development situation from the central to local,and the process of the work,moreover,the encountered problems.Put out that the source management of energy consumption can only comes true by energy-saving assessment and audit.
