甩挂运输是"十二五"交通运输部门重点推广的十大节能工程之一。叙述了发展甩挂运输必要性和作业优势,山西省交通运输业的能耗情况及制约山西省发展甩挂运输的因素,国家对发展甩挂运输的要求,提出,促进山西省发展甩挂运输技术、经济、政策的建议。

Drop and pull transport is one of the top ten energy saving projects,and transport sector will concentrate on spreading in the＂twelfth five＂plan.The need for the development of drop and pull transport and operating advantages,the energy consumption of Shanxi Province transport,Restricting factors of the Shanxi Province drop and pull transport development were described in this paper,and put forward suggestions for Shanxi Province to promote technology,economics and policy development of drop and pull transport.
