Safety control and management of the Gaoping to Lingchuan segment in the Gaoping to Xinxiang Expressway were described in this paper.Pointed out that project management unit truly master the initiative of safety control by organization construction,strict liability,guaranteeing investment and technical measures to achieve joint prevention and control of safety management.
