从孟子把"得天下英才教育之"视为人生三乐之一,反思现在教师的自我价值的实现。在现代社会中教师自我价值一定程度失落,在先贤孟子观念的影响下,追寻教师生命质量的提升,实现教师自我价值还需在树立正确的自身职业观念,社会促进教师全面发展,教师建立个体人体性成长观念等方面努力。

From Mencius,the ＂To obtain the world of excellent students to educate＂ as one of the happiest in life,reflects on the modern teachers＇ self-worth.Teachers self-worth in modern society was keeping in some degree of loss.Following the ancient sage Mencius,hoping enhance quality of life,achieving self-esteem of teachers need to make great efforts in the following aspects： to establish a correct concept of the self-vocational,to give teachers comprehensive development all over community,to establish the concept of individual growth teachers themselves.
