进入21世纪以来,品牌在全球范围内已成为图书馆的一个重要战略课题。服务品牌对图书馆而言具有重要的战略意义,一个良好的品牌能够给图书馆带来知晓度、忠诚度、美誉度、清晰度等诸多优势。图书馆应采取相应的措施和策略创建并发展自身的服务品牌。
In the 21century,branding has become a key strategic issue for libraries across the globe.Libraries can benefit from having an effective brand.Service brand has strategic significance for library.A good brand may bring some advantages,including awareness,loyalty,prestige,clarity,etc.Libraries should take useful measures to creat and develop the service brand.
