Firstly this article introduces the definition of hybrid open access journals and the degree of their openness,and then analyzes the reasons that traditional toll access journals have gone to hybrid.It describes the advantages and disadvantages of hybrid open access journals.Finally points out that hybrid open access journals are in the process of adjustment and adaptation.
