大型机组调试电气问题浅析

Brief Analysis of Electrical Problems in Adjustment of Large Machine Set

通过挤出机主电机调试中出现的问题,分析了挤出机机组PLC与中压MCC之间的联锁关系;研究了常规挤出机主电机控制逻辑以及原理,结合机组供应商的控制逻辑绘制相应的时序图,总结出本机组控制原理及逻辑的特殊性。表明从安全角度而言,供应商设计的控制理念更合理。

In this paper, with respect to the problems occurred in the adjustment of general motor in extruder, the interlock relationship between PLC of extruder package and MV MCC was analyzed. When the normal control logic of general motor in extruder was studied, combined with the time sequence diagram based on control logic and supplied by vender, it can be concluded that from the view point of safety, the control logic provided from vender is more appropriate.
