摘要 全文介绍了虾青素的性能,主要生产的技术路线与最佳的操作条件等有关进展情况。对目前工业化采用的主要虾青素生产工艺的技术特点进行了具体的分析和总结,阐述了国内外研究开发的现状与发展趋势。并探讨扩大应用与市场需求。 Advances in and prospect of Astaxanthin manufacturing technology The Progress in Astaxanthin manufacturing technology were reviewed In the paper.The features of technologies for industrial production of high purity glucose were dis cussed and reviewed.processes of Astaxanthin producing and optimum conditions and new development of magnesium borate whisker and their status quo and development trends of sends at home and abroad have been presented in the article for future application are evaluated and marked demand.
