城市空间品质提升与特色塑造策略——江苏城市化转型期的文化追求

Strategy on Upgrading Urban Quality and Framing Character——Cultural Pursuit in the Transitional Period of Urbanization in Jiangsu

中国的城市化被认为是影响世界的重要力量之一,在过去的三十年间,中国的城市化以其规模、速度和相对有序赢得了世界认同。"十二五"时期是中国城市化转型发展的关键时期,江苏是中国经济最发达省份之一,城市化水平已经超过60%,城乡建设已经进入了量质并重、更加重视质量提升的新阶段。日前江苏省住房和城乡建设厅印发了《关于加快提升江苏城乡空间品质的意见》,以江苏的工作和探索为基础,从城市规划、建筑学、风景园林多学科联动角度,系统提出了城市空间品质提升的总体思路和工作方略,旨在城市化转型发展期率先探索提升城市空间的品质与文化竞争力,改变"千城一面"的现状,促进美好人居环境与和谐社会同时缔造。

The urbanization in China is considered as one of the important forces affecting the world. In the past three decades, China＇ s urbanization has been worldwide recognized for its scale, speed and relative orderliness. The 12th FYP period is critical for the urbanized development of China. As one of the most economically-developed provinces in China, Jiangsu has achieved more than 60% urbanization coverage, and the urban and rural construction has entered a new stage of valuing both quantity and quality and emphasizing the quality improvement as well. Currently, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department of Jiangsu Province issued Opinions on Speeding up the Upgrading of Urban and Rural Space Quality. This paper takes the work and exploration of Jiangsu into account, and proposes the overallidea and strategy for the urban space quality enhancement from the multidisciplinary perspectives of urban planning, architecture and landscape architecture for the purpose of taking the lead in exploring the urban space quality and cultural competition during the urbanized transition period, avoiding the monotony of urban construction, and promoting the simultaneous construction of beautiful living environment and harmonious society.
