城市化进程中城中村改造问题分析——以保定市薛刘营改造为例

城中村改造是我国城市化进程中目前普遍关注的问题。薛刘营作为北方城市保定的代表性的城中村,其发展历程以及改造中的措施、经验对于其他城市城中村改造中面临的问题的解决具有很好的借鉴意义。薛刘营位于保定老城的外缘,处于老城向新城扩展的衔接位置。在保定城市迅速扩展的过程中薛刘营及其附近地区逐渐转变为保定市的次级城市中心,其顺利改造对于保定建成区顺利向外拓展至关重要,对位于老城的其他城中村的改造具有示范意义。在保定主城区向北向东发展的思路下,更多的村庄被纳入城中村改造规划。薛刘营改造对于保定与其他城市的城中村改造可提供案例思考和经验借鉴。

Village in urban area （ VUA ） is a general question which has been noticed during the procession of urbanization. Xueliuying as a typical VUA locates in north-China Baoding, whose developing history, reformation strategies, experiences are meaningful for other city to resolve VUA reformation issues. Xuefiuying locates in the margin of Baoding urban area, where is the linkage between old urban area and new urban area. Xuefiuying and its nearby is quickly turned into Baoding＇ s second-ranked CBD during the procession of urban area in fast speed, efficient reformation is crucial important for Baoding urban area to extend smoothly, which also plays an important demonsVation role to reformat other VUA in Baoding old urban area. Under the idea of urban developing northward and eastward, more VUAs are embraced in the plan for VUA reformation. Xaeliuying reformation can provide case consideration and experienced borrowing to other VUA in Baoding and other cities＇ VUA.
