SVG could display vector graphics of high quality on the Web pages by using pure text,so it was very suitable to publish graphics on the Web.It was a kind of graphic format based on text and designed specially for Web.The Permanent Way Dispatching Management System was a multi-grade distributed application system and applied to permanent way departments,divisions,workshops and regions.The System needed graphical and visual using methods.This article illustrated the procedures and methods to build the System by SVG.
