摘要
利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS子模型技术在充气和静态负荷两种工况下,对11.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎各危险点的力学变量情况进行分析。结果表明,对于橡胶单元,子模型的计算结果大于全局模型,而对于钢丝帘线单元,子模型的计算结果则小于全局模型。通过子模型分析,可以更精准地给出带束层端点和胎体帘布反包端点的高应力区,在保证精度的条件下减少计算量,为轮胎设计提供参考。
Based on submodel from the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the stress distribution of key parts of 11.00R20 TBR tire was analyzed under inflation and steady loading conditions.The results showed that,for rubber elements,the simulated values of submodel were larger than the full model,while it was on the contrary for carcass cord elements.The submodel analysis could point out high stress areas of belt ends and carcass cord turn up ends,reduce computational workload,and provide effective recommendation to tire design.
