全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩帘线弯曲原因分析及解决措施

摘要 分析全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩帘线弯曲产生原因并提出相应的解决措施。全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩帘线弯曲产生的主要原因为帘布压延过程中张力控制不均匀或钢丝帘线平直度及残余应力不符合技术要求、成型平宽超出公差范围和硫化定型压力过大等。通过定期检查钢丝帘线的平直度和残余应力,并适当减小成型机头平宽和硫化定型压力等措施,可以减少胎肩帘线弯曲的发生。 The causes of cord bending in the shoulder of TBR tire were analyzed and corrective solutions were proposed.The main causes were that the tension was not evenly controlled during calendering,flatness of steel cord and residual stress didn't meet the technical requirements,the width of building drum was out of range,and curing pressure was excessive,etc.To reduce cord bending,it was suggested to regularly check the flatness of steel cord and residual stress,and properly decrease the width of building drum and curing pressure,etc.
